Our smoked chouriços and air-cured hams come from all over Portugal. Each region and producer has their own traditional way of curing using recipes that have remained unchanged for centuries. The chouriços are made from pork meat, salt, pepper and garlic, and are smoked over Holm oak for several weeks.
