The famous “Queijo da Serra” from Ribeiro & Guimarães  is a traditional sheep cheese produced in the “Serra da Estrela” mountains in the north of Portugal.

We also now offer our new range of organic sheep cheese from Alentejo “Queijo do Prado”. They are known for their unique flavour, perfect shape and consistency.
