Atlantico was founded in 1994 by José Cruz as a specialist wholesale distributor of a wide range of fine Portuguese food, soft drinks and wine.

We supply restaurants, delicatessen shops, caterers and events companies, with quality products and a quality service.

After years of business growth we moved in 2004 to new, state-of- the-art facilities in Commerce Park, Croydon

Our imported items from Portugal include olive oil, smoked pork meat, tinned fish, ewe’s cheese Serra da Estrela, quince jelly Marmelada, traditional honey, pure fruit juices and a wide range of beers and wines from different regions in Portugal.

After extensive market research we found that there was a growing demand in Britain for Brazilian products.  To meet this demand we now stock a carefully chosen selection of Brazilian products, from guarana to farofa and kit for feijoada to black beans.

After more than a decade of giving our customers a superior service, we are proud to be the market leader in the supply of Portuguese fine food and drinks all over the UK.
