Oliveira da Serra Seleção Ouro Olive Oil is the result of a combination of ripe and green notes, with a medium fruitiness with ripe and green notes at the same time.

Its aroma is reminiscent of ripe/green banana, apple and a bit of green grass. It has a medium intensity of bitterness and spices and some complexity in the mouth, with a finish of dried fruits. Its final persistence is medium.

It goes well with fish, pasta, salads and desserts.
