Carnes Jacinto is a producer of Matured Meat, with extensive market experience. Matured meat is obtained from old cattle, milk cows and beef cattle around 10 to 15 years of age, no longer involved in producing milk or farm works. Maturing the meat improves both its flavour and texture. An aged piece of meat has a fuller, deeper, richer taste than a fresh one. It is aged to perfection for the most flavoursome and tender meat with a rich distinctive taste.
