Adega Mayor Extra Virgin Olive Oil is a superior-category olive oil produced in the Alentejo region of Portugal, obtained directly from olives solely by mechanical processes. It is made from Carrasquenha, Picual, Cobrançosa, Maçanilha, Azeiteira, Arbequina and Blanqueta olive varieties.
It offers a complex, light to medium fruity profile, produced essentially from ripe olives. The sensory profile features subtle notes of green olive leaf and distinctive carob, complemented by a slightly bitter and spicy character. The finish is persistent, with dried fruit notes, particularly roasted cashew nuts.
Presented in a professional 3-litre PET jug, this larger-capacity format provides a practical solution for professional use and a variety of food distribution channels.
