After manual harvesting into 20kg crates, the grapes were transported to the winery where they were selected, destemmed and gently pressed. The must was clarified at low temperature and naturally fermented in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 14–16ºC. Afterwards, the wine is aged in stainless steel tanks, with alternate battonage on fine lees, for a period of 6 months.
Tasting Notes: Greenish-yellow, glossy. The aging in stainless steel on the lees adds complexity to the aroma, with a light tropical flavour, at the right intensity, which elegantly transforms into white and citrus fruit and leads to a slightly mineral base. On the palate it has great tension and crunchy acidity, mouthfeel and juiciness.
Gastronomy: Attractive and versatile Alentejo wine to present to a table or an outdoor dining area. Its freshness and roundness makes it a good companion to grilled or baked fish and white meat dishes. Given its elegant and fruity profile, it can also be paired with salads or even cold soups like gazpacho. DEPOSIT: Filtered wine, not subject to deposit.
