Barão Fennel Tea (Pimpinella anisum L.) has a strong aromatic flavour and a powerful odour. Anise seed is also used in some curries and seafood dishes, against bad breath and as a digestive aid.
PREPARATION SUGGESTION: Hot: Use one sachet of Barão Tea for each cup (200 ml) and leave to infuse until it acquires the desirable colour and flavour (about 3 minutes), sweeten to taste.
