Branca de Neve Cinnamon Cake Mix

Ingredients: sugar, wheat flour, palm oil, glicose syrup, milk protein, raising agents (disodium diphosphate and sodium bicarbonate), emulsifiers (E472b, E477), SOY flour, stabilizer (E450), cinnamon (0, 6%) and salt.

It contains gluten, soy and dairy. 

May contain traces of eggs and nuts (almond). 

Packing: bag in cardboard case.

Net Weight: 450g

Store in a cool and dry place, away from direct light.

Preparation: 

Ingredients: 1 sachet of cake mix, 4 eggs, 100 g margarine,  1dl milk. (All ingredients should be at room temperature, use preferably medium size eggs).

1. Preheat oven to 180 ° C and grease a 24 cm tube or non-tube cake tin.  2. In a bowl, add the eggs, margarine and milk to the cake mix. Whisk together with an electric mixer on low speed until combined.Then mix on high speed for 5 minutes. Pour into the cake tin.

3. Bake for about 35 minutes.

Check if the cake is cooked, remove from the oven and turn it out after some minutes.
