Marble Cake Mix Branca de Neve
Ingredients:
White Batter: WHEAT flour, sugar, corn starch, raising agents (disodium diphosphate, sodium bicarbonate), humectant (E420i), glucose syrup, emulsifiers (E472b, E477), SOY flour, salt, flavouring.
Chocolate Batter: cocoa, sugar.
May contain traces of eggs, milk products and nuts (almonds).

Preparation:
Ingredients: 1 sachet of white batter cake mix (425 g) 1 sachet of chocolate batter cake mix (25 g) Add: 4 eggs, 125 g margarine, 100 ml milk. (All ingredients should be at room temperature)
1. Preheat oven to 180 ºC and grease a 24 cm tube cake tin (or 25 cm loaf tin).
2. In a bowl, add the eggs, the margarine and half the milk (50 ml) to the white batter cake mix. Whisk together with an electric mixer on low speed until combined. Then mix on high speed for 5 minutes. Pour 2/3 of this batter into the cake tin.
3. Add to the mix remaining batter, the milk (50 ml) and the chocolate batter cake mix. Mix until combined. Pour into the cake tin over the white batter. Draw a fork in spiral movements through the batter to gently mix the white and chocolate batters.
4. Bake for about 35 minutes. Check if the cake is cooked, remove from the oven and turn it out after some minutes.
