Branca de Neve Coffee Mocha Cake Mix
Ingredients: sugar, wheat flour, palm oil, glicose syrup, milk protein, raising agents (disodium diphosphate and sodium bicarbonate), dried coffee (1.3%), emulsifiers (E472b, E477), soy flour, stabilizer (E450), cocoa, salt and flavouring.
It contains gluten, soy and dairy.
May contain traces of eggs and nuts (almond).

Preparation:
Ingredients: 1 sachet of cake mix, 4 eggs, 100 g margarine, 100 ml of milk. (All ingredients should be at room temperature, use preferably medium eggs).
1. Preheat oven to 180 ° C and grease a 24cm tube or non-tube cake tin. 2. In a bowl, add the eggs, margarine and milk to the cake mix. Whisk together with an electric mixer on low speed until all combined.Then mix on high speed for 5 minutes. Pour into the cake tin.
