This Portuguese delicacy inspired Paulo Lima, founder of Licor 35, to create an iconic beverage. Designed to be drunk on any occasion and at any time, this unique Portuguese-flavoured liqueur has an alcohol content of 14.5%. It's a creamy drink with a sweet, intense, enveloping flavour that pleases even the most demanding palates. It can be served with ice on any occasion, as an aperitif or digestif, simply sprinkled with a little cinnamon powder or mixed with a little chocolate liqueur. TROPPICANA CREAM
Banana, peanut butter and vanilla combined with the extra creamy Pastel de Nata Liqueur. Use a blender to mix all the ingredients. Serve in a Yogurt Jar and garnish with mint, Nutella, strawberries, chocolate shavings and/or whipped cream.
Ingredients
- 2 bar spoons Le Frappé de Monin Vanilla
- 12.5 Cl milk
- 4 Cl vodka
- 4 Cl Monin banana purée
- 6 Cl Liqueur 35
- 1 tbsp Peanut Butter
NATA MARTINI A(MORE)
Drizzle Liqueur 35, Pastel de Nata Cream, with blackberry liqueur and fresh lemon juice, mix all the ingredients in a shaker and strain twice (Double Strain) for a smooth texture. Serve in a Coupet Cup and finish with chocolate and fresh mint.

- 1 cl monin mint sirup
COOKIE CREAM
Nata Cookie combines the sweet and sour taste of cinnamon with chocolate. It has an extra touch of Sicilian lemon that accentuates the flavour of the Pastel de Nata. Use a blender to mix all the ingredients. Decorate with whipped cream, chocolate shavings and 1 biscuit. Serve in a Yoghurt Jar.
