Obtained from pig dewlap, subjected to a natural curing process with controlled humidity and temperature.

Black Pork Dewlap (Origin: EU) (90%), water, garlic, salt, homemade paprika paste, preservatives: (sodium nitrite and potassium nitrate), spices, antioxidants: (ascorbic acid, sodium ascorbate, sodium citrate).
