Created in 1950 by the D´Abronzzo family in the city of Piracicaba, it became one of the most important cachaça brands of its time with the memorable jargon: “Ai tatu, tatuzinho, me abre a garrafa e me dá um pouquinho.” “Oh armadillo, little armadillo, open the bottle and give me a little bit.”.It was greatly accepted in the 50´s and 60´s all through the Brazilian territory, initially with the 600 ml amber bottle and then with the 965 ml packing, which still exist, with 39% vol. alcohol content.
